Excellent and fast service. I was frustrated because my mechanic was not addressing my car issue, it kept recurring. I took it to WH Car Services and withing 2 1/2 my issue was identified and addressed. My car has been running perfectly since then.

Honest, Thorough, and Precise

Being at WH car services was a somewhat good experience, I like that it was prompt and orderly, communication was smooth in English, a full diagnosis was made so you are aware of all problems and based on your budget you could get some things done and return at later date, suggestions were also given so you could make an informed choice. The process is understandably lengthy so it's good to be early. no real food available on compound so best to walk with meals, waiting room could do well with a television but it had AC and comfortable chairs. Overall service was exceptional.

WH car service was very thorough, things were done in an orderly manner. Diagnosis was clearly explained and in a manner where you could choose whichever option is best. Only drawback was not being able to get some car parts on spot. Staff patient and kind. Would recommend but make sure to arrive early as the process can be lengthy and travel with your lunch bag as their is only light snacks available

Went to buy car parts only and the customer service was good. They workers are very attentive and polite. Also the prices are affordable for special orders and short wait time for the item pick-up.

Very easy to get to the location..once I arrived (I was number 2 in line) it was a bit confusing on what to do next, but I quickly figured it out. The shop was clean, seemed the have the latest technology to do the job (car lifts, lifts out from out of the floor etc.) Compared to other mechanic shops i have been too. The really put some thought into the ambiance for a mechanic shop ( a/c waiting room with TV, cold drinks and snacks for sale, table and chairs in the inception area). I dont think any of the mechanics spoke English but the were all equipped with translation app on their phone for an easy way to communicate. Good touch! I went on the holiday (Independence day) which was awesome as I dont have much time during regular days to go. No long lines as I have heard, but again it was a holiday and most people probably thought they would be closed. Overall, I really liked the place and the cost for an assessment for my issue was $8000 JMD. Although they didn't fix my issue due to the part not in stock for a 2006 vehicle (understandable) I did receive a print out of the potential issue and what needed to be fixed with costing, once I obtained the part. I think one thing they could probably include and I am just being picky, was to offer to source the part instead of me trying to do that. I would definitely go back for any other issues I may have with my vehicle.
